DNP Competency Toolkit
The NONPF Curricular Leadership Committee has updated the "DNP NP Toolkit: Process and Approach to DNP Competency Based Evaluation." Drs. Andrea Wolf and Thomasine Guberski, co-chairs of the Curricular Leadership Committee, built on the earlier work developed under the leadership of Dr. Carla DIeter to update this valuable resource based on the current NP core competencies (2012). The toolkit discusses competency-based education and evaluation and the competencies for NPs. The Faculty/Program Resources section provides article citations, exemplar course materials, and other tools linked to each of the current competency areas for DNP NP students. Attendees of the DNP Town Hall Session at the NONPF 39th Annual Meeting voted to make this resource available to the public.
DNP NP Curriculum Template Exemplars
NONPF released the updated and expanded document "Sample Curriculum Templates for Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) NP Education" in April 2013 as a resource to NP educators who are developing NP curricula for practice doctorate education. The document includes exemplars for post-baccalaureate and post-master's models.
DNP Scholarly Project Titles Exemplars
NONPF has compiled an evolving list of DNP Scholarly Project Titles. These project titles were shared by a few universities and are listed as examples of projects completed by DNP nurse practitioner students .

This slide presentation was given in 2004 by Dr. Lucy Marion, former NONPF president and chair of early NONPF Clinical Doctorate Task Force, to describe various models for the DNP implementation.

Interprofessional Oral Health Faculty Toolkit
The Interprofessional Oral Health Faculty Toolkit is based on the IPEC Competencies, the NONPF Core Competencies and the HRSA interprofessional oral health core competencies delineated in the Integration of Oral Health and Primary Care Practice report (2014). Developed by the OHNEP program, the Toolkit is aninnovative, web-based, open source product intended to facilitate the integration of oral-systemic health content and clinical competencies into nurse practitioner and midwifery curricula.
Interprofessional HP Curriculum Framework
The Healthy People Curriculum Task Force (HPCTF), an interprofessional group of organizations representing health professions education, developed the Clinical Prevention and Population Health Curriculum Framework (2015) to offer a framework for a common core of knowledge about individual and population-focused prevention and health promotion efforts. The third version of the document was released in Feb 2015. NONPF is a member of the HPCTF.
APRN Curriculum & Emergency Preparedness
In a project led by NONPF, a national panel of APRN organizational representatives and content experts developed "APRN Education for Emergency Preparedness and All Hazards Response: Resources and Suggested Content." The document provides suggested curriculum content within a framework that reviews the roles and opportunities for APRNs in all phases of disaster response. The document presents suggested critical content for all APRNs as well as detailed content and Web-based resources as a guide for curriculum development. The project was funded by the National Nursing Emergency Preparedness Initiative (NNEPI) at The George Washington University and was co-facilitated by NONPF members Dr. Janet Hale and Dr. Leni Resick.
